Testimonials

When my daughter first came to us through adoption it quickly became obvious she experienced the world very differently to us. She had developmental delay, sensory processing differences and was in a near constant state of fear. Working with APT over the last year my daughter has transformed. APT are completely child led and made my daughter feel comfortable with them very quickly. By focussing on helping her to feel safe, she has been able to move through the developmental milestones she missed out on, and her progress has been astonishing. Not only has the impact on her been huge, but we have learned so much about the body, the senses and how we develop, which has made us far better equipped to parent our daughter in the best possible way for her. They have also played a fantastic role in helping my daughter settle into education, contributing to her EHCP and making sure she gets the support she needs. We cannot recommend APT highly enough and feel so fortunate to have found them!
